Breast size affects women more than you can imagine. The discomfort of having big breasts is not only physical but also social and psychological. Women with large breasts have to deal with the psychological and social issues associated with it. Living with huge breasts comes with a number of inconveniences making one’s daily life miserable. So what are the discomforts of having big breasts?

Suffering from ill-fitting bras. The difficulty of finding the right bras forced women with big breasts to squeeze their large breasts on ill-fitting bras for years. Finding a good fitting bra means you have to pay more or have it custom-made. Women who cannot afford to spend more on their bras have to suffer years of wearing ill-fitting bras giving them great discomfort and unhappiness about their breast size.

Sleeping comfortably is a struggle for women with big breasts. It can be really difficult to find a comfortable sleeping position if you have two big breasts squeezing your chest. The weight of the breast can be a burden to the chest making it difficult to breathe while sleeping. The discomfort of having big breasts can even disturb one’s sleep.

Big breasted women missed out the joy of wearing trendy clothes. Another discomfort of having big breasts is the limitation when it comes to clothing. Big breasted women do not have the freedom to wear anything they want. They need to wear baggy tops to accommodate their huge breasts. While most women are confident to wear bikinis in the beach, well endowed women would rather not wear swimsuits because they are embarrassed about their huge breasts. If they cannot avoid wearing swimsuits, two piece colorful swimsuits are impossible for them and they are limited with boring one piece black swimsuits. The pains of not being able to enjoy trendy clothes can be very difficult for any woman.

Big breasts can result to a number of physical and psychological health issues. Another discomfort of having big breasts are the health issues that come with it. One main health issue is back pain. The heavy breasts put too much stress on the spine causing backache. The shoulders are also burdened by carrying heavy breasts resulting to painful deep grooves caused by bra straps. Most women with huge breasts are not happy with their size and often emotionally demoralized with how they are treated by other people with regards to their huge breasts resulting to depression and low self-esteem.

Limited physical activities. Keeping the breasts in place and free from pain are two of the main reasons why women with big bust size are restricted to do certain physical activities like running. It is difficult for well endowed women to live a physically active life and engage in sports because their huge breasts prevent them from moving around. Women who want to lead a physically active life can be very frustrated and unhappy with their situation. Although a good sports bra could hold the breasts in place, moving around is still uncomfortable and there are movements that could cause breast and chest pains. It is also possible that one wrong movement could injure the spine as the heavy breasts are putting too much load on the spine to carry.

Unwanted attention. The discomfort of having big breasts include the unwanted attention. Boyfriends or husbands are also affected and they hate the attention their well endowed woman is getting especially from the opposite sex. It can be really uncomfortable to get recognized not because of your great personality but because of your huge breasts. Having huge breasts could also put a wrong image on women. They are often labelled as sexual being because of their big breasts which could put them in a very uncomfortable situation. There are men who treat them as sex objects and other women could hate them for that.

The discomfort of having big breasts is not a small thing and could make a woman’s everyday life miserable.
